My thoughts: First we had the mentally healthy-unhealthy paradigm from Life And How To Survive It, then came Jordan Peterson with order vs chaos. Then this book came around and added another perspective: left- vs right hemisphere thinking. All these perspectives made me see the world anew and although all of them left a lasting impression on me, I think this one feels the most natural, the most true. That might be my current life experiences or age, so let's see what other perspectives I discover.
