My thoughts: By now I read a lot of books on health. You have to get enough sleep, eat the right foods, exercise and get enough sunshine. I knew we had a circadian clock and that this clock makes us tired at night and wakes us up in the morning. I also knew this clock was calibrated by the sun. This book however taught me that everything you do during the day effects this clock, not only (sun)light. It is just as important that you eat at the same time every day and give your gut enough rest in the evening and night (no late night snacking).
