My thoughts: A great book to learn how and when to negotiate. The actual strategies are far removed from the ones we normally associate with negotiating, think pushy salesman. Always listen and be prepared to walk away if you won't be happy with the deal. But the more important point of the book was that you should apply these negotiating skills not only in business or when dealing with transactions, but always. You have to negotiate in relationships too. Basically life is negotiating.
