My thoughts: This read was inspired by a talk Matthew gave at Google. I always knew sleep was somehow important. Why would I feel so bad after a shitty night otherwise? This book explains exactly why that is and much more. Sleep is THE most important thing you can do for your health. As such, I take my sleep very seriously.
